How do I join a live class?
Open the EduConnect app, browse "Upcoming Classes" on the Discover or Home screen, tap Enroll, and tap "Join Class" when the session goes live.
How do teachers get verified?
Teachers submit verification credentials in the app under Teacher Verification. Admin moderators review qualifications before approving live broadcast access.
How does EduAI work?
EduAI is an AI learning assistant accessible in the app or via the floating EduAI button. You can ask homework questions via text, photo capture, or voice notes, and receive voice responses.
How do I request account deletion?
Delete your account in-app via Settings → Delete Account, or submit a web request on our Account Deletion Portal.
